PILATES FOUNDATIONS
Learn the foundations of Pilates and master your form and technique on the mat. These classes will help students develop core strength and stability while heightening their mind-body awareness.
Foundation classes will also help you to build a base for higher-level Pilates classes.
This class is beginner friendly, with a slower pace. Members may also return to this class to focus on technical exercises, or as a recovery/mobility workout.
