FULL BODY STRENGTH

Grab your weights and get toned, stronger, and more confident during our 45-minute Full Body Strength class.

Using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, Kettlebells, bodyweight, and feel the burn.

Good music will motivate you and our instructors will encourage you to push yourself and walk out of class 1% better than when you arrived.
